The rules, in full.
Four account sizes. Four pages of rules would be three too many. Everything that can cost you an account is on this page.

How the attempt works.
You start with the drawdown already set. Hit the profit target without breaking the drawdown or the daily loss limit and the account is funded.
- Target is 6% of the account size.
- Max drawdown trails your highest end-of-day balance and locks at your starting balance once it reaches it. It can never move below the starting balance.
- Daily loss limit is 2% and is measured from the day's starting balance. It is mandatory, not optional.
- Three trading days minimum. A day counts when at least one trade closes.
- No time pressure inside the 60 days. Use them or lose them.
The funded account.
The funded account carries the same drawdown, the same daily loss limit and the same contract size as the evaluation. The target is removed.
Drawdown continues to trail end-of-day and stays locked at your starting balance. It does not reset to zero after a payout.
Payouts.
| Rule | What it means |
|---|---|
| First payout | After 5 trading days with at least 150 dollars of profit closed on each. |
| After that | Request a payout every 5 business days. |
| Cap per request | $1,000 on 25K, $2,000 on 50K, $3,000 on 100K, $4,500 on 150K. |
| Does the cap repeat? | Yes. Every request, for the life of the account. |
| Does the cap rise? | No. A 50K pays $2,000 on request one and $2,000 on request twenty. |
| Number of payouts | Unlimited. There is no count limit and no closing of the account after a set number. |
| Split | 90% to you, on every payout, from the first. |
| Consistency | Your best single day must be 40% or less of the profit you are claiming. |
| What is left behind | Profit above the cap stays in the account and can be claimed on a later request. |
In plain terms.
End-of-day trailing means we look at your closing balance once a day. If that is your high-water mark, the drawdown line moves up with it. Intraday spikes do not move it.
On a 50K the drawdown is $2,000. Start at $50,000 and the line is $48,000. Close the day at $51,000 and the line is $49,000. It stops moving when it reaches $50,000. From then on you can lose the entire cushion above your starting balance and not breach.
The daily loss limit is separate. It resets each morning and stops you from losing 2% in one session.
Start again, at full price.
If you breach, the account closes. A reset costs the full fee and gives you a new attempt with a fresh 60 days. We do not sell discounted resets and we do not sell unlimited reset packages.
Changes to these rules.
These rules apply to accounts bought on or after 20 October 2026. If we change a rule, the date changes here first. Accounts already bought keep the rules that were published when they were bought.
